We developed our Helix ORSC engine in-house and used low-cost stainless steel with other industrial components from the automotive, oil and energy industries to construct our launcher. The cherry on top of our launcher is our unique OTV called Redshift.
In the future, RFA ONE will allow for first stage recovery and engine recycling.

Ensures accurate delivery to the desired orbit for every payload onboard, in mission profiles from LEO to GTO.
Staged-combustion technology provides 30% higher efficiency than regular gas-generator cycle engines. The Helix engine and its turbopump are designed for additive manufacturing and automotive scale serial production.
Cluster of 9 staged combustion Helix engines with sea-level nozzles. These run oxygen-rich with a more environmentally friendly RP1 version, are regeneratively cooled and all have TVC.
Automotive grade composites applied on in-house developed automated tape-laying machine. Staging performed by pneumatic separation system.
Common-bulkhead tank design from inexpensive stainless steel construction. Validated by cryogenic proof test and flight ready.

Payload can be directly mounted to the payload platform, reducing complexity and cost.
Rideshare
8”, 15” or 24” ports are available in the rideshare configuration. Customized configurations and a top slot are available for large spacecraft upon request.
